Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was arrested on DUI charges after he crashed his car in Silicon Valley. Police say that Pelosi was driving his Lexus on U.S.

Highway 101 near the city of Woodside when he veered off the road and onto a dirt shoulder. He then hit a concrete median barrier and overturned before coming to a stop.

Pelosi was not injured in the crash, but was given a field sobriety test at the scene and taken into custody.

He has since been released on bail. This is not the first time that Pelosi has been arrested for DUI. In 2013, he pleaded guilty to DUI charges after crashing his car in San Francisco.

A breath test is administered by an officer at the scene and the driver blew twice over the legal limit
